Why?

Whats with this social norm?
This social taboo
That you have to be like everyone else
That otherwise you would be odd
Out of place
Not accepted
Segregated
Everytime my confidence is all lost
When it comes to this
What wrong did I do
To simply just want to be loved
To be protected
You say its against nature
So why did nature created me in the first place?
I'm so lost
I don't know what to do
